Sometimes you may feel like you’re stuck,
And not getting anywhere.
It’s NORMAL. It is okay to feel stuck.
In life, you may have to move backwards,
In order to move forward!
Not every day will be good.
Some days you’ll succeed,
Some days you’ll fail.
But keep trying and don’t give up.
Remember feelings are temporary.
But how you react to those feelings can impact your life.
Let go of negativity.
Don’t let it control you.
Don’t hold on to the scars of yesterday.
Let it all go.
Embrace everyday with a new hope,
Be thankful for everything you are blessed with.
Whenever you’re sad or feel down,
Remember nothing lasts forever.
Pain is part of the whole process.
Every struggle moves you forward.
Keep going,
And don’t give up.
